Terms of Service

Welcome to Cravour. By accessing cravour.com, our Art Maker studio, Lifestyle Agentic Budget & Payment tools, Partners network, or WhatsApp AI Agent (+1 555-453-0159), you agree to these Terms of Service with Cravour Technologies Limited.

1. Core Service & Extensions

Cravour provides Art Maker — AI ad creation for Nigerian small businesses in English, Nigerian Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa — along with integrated extensions including the Lifestyle Agentic Budget & Payment Platform, Reels publishing, Verified Partners marketplace, and Price Scout.

2. Commercial Ownership of Generated Art & Ads

You retain full commercial usage rights to posters, ad copy, voiceovers, jingles, and video clips generated from your legitimate business briefs on Cravour. You are responsible for ensuring that product prices, claims, and uploaded reference photos are accurate and do not infringe third-party trademarks.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Pricing

Starter Tier (₦0/mo): Includes 45 monthly AI studio credits for evaluation and small-scale ad creation.
Paid Plans (Pro ₦5,000/mo · Pro Elite ₦10,000/mo · Scale ₦100,000/mo): Billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) with transparent monthly credit allocations. You may also connect your own provider API keys (BYOK) in Settings.

4. Payments, Partner Escrow & Bank Settlements

Bach Checkout & Escrow: Partner bookings and manual merchant checkouts are processed via Bach. Funds held in milestone escrow are released only when you confirm delivery.
Flutterwave Bank Transfers: Third-party bank payouts and verified merchant settlements are executed via Flutterwave. Direct wallet transfers are restricted to verified Cravour Merchants; unverified vendors are logged as budget plan outflows.
Platform Commission: Verified Partner bookings incur a flat 10% platform commission only upon completed work (₦0 initial listing deposit).

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Cravour to generate deceptive financial promotions, impersonate individuals without consent, or abuse automated API or WhatsApp endpoints.
